Too Excited to Wait !!

Three posts this week ... be sure to check them all out !!
I started unpacking this box of dies (and other things ...) with the intention of getting them priced and then rearranging the store to accommodate them. They would be out for sale next week , all up on the wall, looking lovely. WELL ... I was so excited, I couldn't wait ! So if you come in tomorrow (Friday March 7) , they will be in a basket , not up on the wall. That task will wait for next week. But this way you can get them into your hands faster !
Now, this is a new supplier for me so I just ordered a few of each die in order to test the waters with shipping etc. Anyway, I am thrilled with it all ! So I will be re-ordering next week. And because I am a new customer, I had to prepay this order which is standard procedure. So these will be on a first come basis. If you want any of them I can certainly set them aside for pick up/payment this week. Let me know by comment or email. If you want some but can't make it in for a while, don't worry - I will be placing the next order this coming week ! I will happily put your name down for some !

Good Ol' Sport : I was not prepared for how much I would love this line ! I am not a sporty person AT ALL but this is amazing paper ! The B sides are fabulous - plaids, knits, small patterns. The colours are rich & vibrant. I ♥ this line !!

The back of the right hand side page is actually knit !!

All these little images would make great additions to cards or layouts !

Weekly Card Kit :
This week's kit is all about SEQUINS !! They are a hot trend this year with many designers selling packages of sequins to match their paper lines. I just pulled out a few of the $1.49 multi packs I have here in the store & went to town !! They are inexpensive, very easy to use, and add a little somethin' somethin' !!
So, as usual, you get the materials for all 3 cards for just $5. Leave a comment or email if you would like any saved.

* Penny Black Stamps & Dies:
So, first of all, I am going to share a photo of a sample board that I ordered. This shows several cards made using the new stamps. My next task will be to try to duplicate them so we can make them in a workshop . They are really pretty !

The "Twirl" stamp on the right was stamped repeatedly to make the background.
The focal image is made up of one of the large tags from the other set as well as a smaller tag & word.

Here's a great new style of stamp ... like an outline really. You stamp and then you can leave it as is or colour, paper piece, paint, Stickle, etc. So many possibilities.

* NEW from Studio Calico ... great new wooden veneer cut outs. They are wonderful on cards or sprinkled over layouts. Paint them, ink them, stamp them, glitter them ... And then , thinking outside of paper crafting ... they must have 100s of uses !!
