Valentine Inspiration

As promised ... the Valentines. I like Valentine's day ... not as a big romantic holiday ... but as a day to show your partner, family, and friends that they are special to you. A card with a little chocolate marshmallow heart or bag of jelly beans would make someone's day !
I mucked around for a few hours last evening and here's what I came up with ...

I mainly used this BARGAIN stamp set (just $2.99 and stamps beautifully !!) and this sweet little die.

I then went to town ...  stamping, making background paper, Distress "smooshing", colouring, cutting, and adhering. Here they are !

Stamped & coloured with markers.

Distress "smooshing" , washi on the side, and a few diecuts.

Stamped background and some watercoloured diecuts. 

Smooshing + foiled paper.

Stamped background, stamped heart that was coloured, then Stickled. 

Stamped and coloured with markers. A little red glitter paper for extra sparkle.  

Simple but bold. 

Stamped background, watercoloured strip, and diecut with the drop outs from another diecut glued in. 

A simple tag, stamped & coloured. 

Inspired by the paper. :)

Another smooshed card with a watercoloured stamped image, cut out and adhered with dimensionals. 

I hope these cards inspire you to make some and spread some love and kindness !

Some Last Minute Arrivals !!

Just a big ol' batch of photos of late arrivals !

And if you are wondering about the Precision Press ... they are being packed today to be sent out to me tomorrow. So obviously they won't be here for Christmas but they will be here by New Years. I'm not open over the holidays but if you ordered one (prepaid) , I will contact you as soon as they arrive and make arrangements for you to be able to pick it up. I will also list the extras when they arrive and they can be purchased and picked up as well during that time. Thank you for your patience.

Inspiration !

Here are some photos I have posted recently of projects I did up for "inspiration samples" !

These are some of the pages from the Taylored Expressions calendar.
The images are printed on watercolour paper and can be done with markers, crayons, coloured pencils, or watercolours. 

They also make the actual calendar pages to mount them on. 

Such a fun project for the new year !!
Also a great gift for those who like to colour - or finish one and give it as a completed gift.
